margin-top: 5px; text-align: justify\"\u003e打造所谓“宇宙领域防卫力”，谋求对目标的探测跟踪和干扰打击能力。当前日本正加速推进“低轨卫星星座”项目，该系统预计�年具备初始作战能力，重点覆盖日本周边及东亚海域。系统部署后，日本将实现对对手导弹发射平台、舰艇编队位置、部队机动情况等情报的实时获取，为态势判断和防区外打击提供支撑。在组织架构调整上，根据近期批准�财年预算案，航空自卫队将整编为“航空宇宙自卫队”，并新设规模�人左右的“宇宙作战集团”。尤其需要警惕的是，日本还宣称开发“保镖卫星”，预�年前完成首轮在轨功能测试。这种卫星名义上是防护本国卫星免受他国“杀手卫星”攻击，实则具备主动变轨、实施碰撞、干扰他国卫星的能力，属于典型的反卫星武器。\u003c!--MID_AD_1--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_1--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_1--\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 5px; text-align: justify\"\u003e强化电子信息战能力，妄图确立电磁领域优势。2022月，陆上自卫队位东京成立电子战部队司令部，并位朝霞基地、奄美基地、冲绳基地等多处场所设置电子战部队，其中多半位于西南地区，意在监视出入宫古海峡、大隅海峡的周边国家海空舰机。2025�月，防卫省宣布将在与那国岛新部署一支对空电子战部队，充分暴露其构筑“西南弧线”的意图。为强化综合信息作战与情报能力，日本还在整合自卫舰队下属的舰队情报群、海洋业务和对潜支援群及其他涉情报战职能单位，预计于今月重组为“情报作战集团”。\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;
